With products where technicalities are involved, educating consumers has always been a tough challenge. When it comes to choosing the right electric toothbrush/brush head we are often spoilt for choice with a variety of options. More often than not, we probably end up choosing one that may not be optimal for our dental needs.
We decided to adopt a smart visual merchandising technique by installing an interactive product display at retail outlets to showcase the various products’ information. On top of the individual product information, users could select up to 2 products for a side by side comparison before making their own informed decision.
